Former Coventry City forward Craig Bellamy scored for Team Great Britain in their opening game of the men Olympic Football Tournament.
Bellamy put Stuart Pearce's side ahead with a right footed volley in the 20th minute but was replaced in the 78th minute by another former Sky Blue Jack Cork. Former City youngster Danny Sturridge was replaced at half-time.
Nine minutes from time, Senegal who made it to the Finals with victory over Oman at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry, levelled through Moussa Konate.
