Bell To Miss Reading Visit

Coventry City winger David Bell is out of tomorrow's visit by Reading to the Ricoh Arena.

Bell, who scored in the last match against Doncaster Rovers, has a calf injury and with City facing three matches in less than a week next week, Chris Coleman has decided to omit him from the sixteen to face Steve Coppell's side.

"We don't want to push him for Saturday because we have got three games after that - Tuesday, Saturday, Monday - and he could struggle, so we will try to get him ready for those games," said Chris Coleman to the CT.

"We have got options. Robbie Simpson can play there or we could push Foxy up one, but I just think that Freddy will be more offensive rather than going with Danny."
