Coventry City winger David Bell has admitted that he is deligthted with his goal which gave the Sky Blues a 1-0 win at Crystal Palace on Saturday.

Speaking to the Sky Blues Player, Bell said: "I'm delighted with the goal, I don't seem to score tap-ins at the moment.

"I missed the last two games against QPR and Newcastle having got a knock on my ankle and the boys have done well, so the gaffer left me out of the starting eleven.

"I just thought to myself that I got the chance to come on, then let's see if I can affect the game. And thankfully I came on and got the winner."
