Being Written Off Does Not Bother Us - Baker

Coventry City captain Carl Baker has said that being written off by some of the national papers does not bother either himself or the rest of the City team.

City are mid-way in the betting to win the league and the same in the Bookmaker's betting to be relegated whilst some national newspapers are tipping the Sky Blues, who have not been able to sign any players due to bad management by Tim Fisher and his SISU bosses for failing to file their accounts and then placing CCFC Ltd in administration, to struggle.

Speaking at the club's weekly press conference, Baker said: "I have seen in a few papers already that we have been written off and that is music to my ears.

"The gaffer has posted some of those clippings on the TV's around the dressing room with them saying we could go down, and it just makes us that little bit more angry. There is no better feeling than going out on the pitch and proving people wrong."
