Barnsley In To League One Play-Off Final

Barnsley are off to Wembley for a second time.

The Johnstones Paint Trophy winners are going to Wembley again for the League One Play-Off Final on May 29th after winning 3-1 at Walsall in the second leg of the semi-final.

Leading 3-0 from the first leg, Adam Hammill beat the offside trap to put The Tykes ahead in the 18th minute.

In the 65th minute, Barnsley had a second goal when Fletcher scored from six yards and Jordan Cook hit a stunner in the 84th minute for Walsall but Barnsley were on their way to Wembley with a 89th minute goal from Josh Brownhill to give Barnsley a 6-1 aggregate win.
