Coventry City are expected to sign defender Leon Barnett on a permanent deal next month.
West Brom have already cleared the way for the centre half to leave and Baggies Boss Roberto Di Matteo told his club's website: "We probably won't bring him back. I think he's happy where he is. "He is playing week in, week out and I don't think he wants to come back and not play."
There have been rumours that Barnett will be part of the deal, which could take striker Leon Best to The Hawthorns but that remains to be seen.
