Coventry City officials have issued a decree concerning flags and banners.
The club are telling anyone thinking of bringing banners or flags into the Ricoh Arena for tomorrow's game against Derby County or any other home game that they must seek permission from the club's Safety Officer Arthur Barrett, who will make sure that such items are fire safe before they will be admitted into the stadium.
