The summer signing from Brentford who was City's Man Of The Match versus Wolves on Tuesday told Sky Blue World: "The fans are great. The supporters were amazing at Wolves and they gave us a good reception at the end
"The fans here have been really supportive and they should expect good things from the team because we should be right up there.
"The fans are paying their money so they should have their opinion but I would ask that they stick with us and we will give it our all.
"It's not ideal for us for Colchester to be coming off the back off a good result against Sheffield Wednesday but we know Colchester are a good team.
"I played against them last season and a few times throughout my career and I think I've managed to score four goals against them so hopefully it would be nice to get another one and open my account for Coventry."
