Coventry City have transferred Reice Charles-Cook to fellow League Two side Swindon Town.

The goalkeeper was at City for three years, making fifty appearances, but when Liam O'Brien was brought in, Charles-Cook's days were numbered and he has been allowed to leave for the County Ground.

Charles-Cook has signed a two year deal with Swindon subject to FA ratification and clearance and he told Swindon's club website: “I’m absolutely buzzing to have signed here.

“I’m over the moon and Swindon Town is a massive club.

“It shouldn’t be in League Two and it is a massive achievement on my behalf to sign for this football club.

“My first day training with the boys was excellent and I’m looking forward to the season ahead and helping us achieve promotion.”

Charles-Cook tweeted: Just wanna say thank you to everyone at made some unbelievable memories and also friends for life
