Leamington FC managed by City supporter Jason Cadden have been drawn away to Colchester United in the FA Cup 1st Round. The Brakes who now play in the Midland Alliance after winning the Midland Combination League last season won 4-2 at Ossett Town this afternoon.

Nuneaton Borough face a home tie against Ramsgate if they can overcome Tiverton Town in a replay after a 0-0 draw at Manor Park.

Elsewhere,Coventry Sphinx who celebrate their 60th anniversary tonight at the Arena kept up their bid for promotion to the Midland Alliance with a 1-0 win at Highgate United.

Coventry City remain 21st in the table. Millwall stay bottom after a 2-0 home defeat by Southampton and Crewe lost 6-1 at Cardiff City their heaviest defeat since the Sky Blues put six past them in February 2002.
