According to a tweet from the Coventry Telegraph's Les Reid, the assets are Coventry City Football Club Ltd are up for sale.
Mr Reid has tweeted: "administrator says assets in #CCFC Ltd & "rights, title or interest" in golden share up for sale tomorrow while his inquiries go on but he warns his investigations into assets could go on for a "long time" & it could go to courts.
"Mr Appleton says difficulty over g.share may conflict between legal ownership& #ccfc Holdings claim to "beneficial" ownership as trading arm.
Both Coventry City FC (Holdings) Ltd and a consortium involving Preston Haskell, Joe Elliott and Gary Hoffman have told the Administrator that they are both interested in the assets.
