Carl Asaba has met with Stoke City chairman Gunnar Gislason to see if a move to Coventry can be speeded up.

Asaba was poised to move to Highfield Road several weeks ago after handing in a transfer request and Micky Adams discussed the transfer with Potters boss Tony Pulis after the game a fornight ago.

The former Sheffield United striker is unhappy that Stoke demanded £100,000 for him and blames them for the time the move is taking
to happen.
