Coventry City manager Steven Pressley has described Arsenal as a wonderful team.
Speaking to the Press Association, the City boss said: “I thought for the opening 30-35 minutes some of our football was devastating. We passed the ball with belief, we were composed and brave in possession and if we’d scored one of those chances it would’ve made the game very interesting,” he said.
“But credit to Arsenal, they’re a wonderful, wonderful team and if you don’t get in contact with them they hurt you.
“I thought we had outstanding performances from our players today. I know it was 4-0 but when you consider the difference in resources of both clubs, I know it’s a hard luck story, but my players should take so much confidence from that performance.”
