Armstrong Plays For England U19's

Coventry City loanee Adam Armstrong played for England U19's this evening in a 2-2 draw against The Netherlands.

Armstrong, who was captain and Cov kid Danny Crowley started for the side managed by former City manager Ady Boothroyd, which went two goals down, after Armstrong had two good chances.

England came back with a goal from Ryan Ledson in the 72nd minute and one from substitute Tammy Abraham and their next game is against Japan on Sunday at Manchester City's Academy Stadium.
