Coventry City owners SISU will not likely be appealing the decision of Mr Justice Leggatt who has thrown out the counter claim made by SISU in their court case against the Alan Higgs Charity, according to the Coventry Telegraph's Simon Gilbert.
Mr Justice Leggatt has said that he will give his reasons for the decision today on day two of the court case.
