Coventry City's programme department have issued an apology after a number of errors were found in the programme for the Chesterfield game.
Pictures of wrong grounds, wrong managers and calling Chesterfield - Chesterfield Town were among the errors which were not picked out before publication.
The programme department have said: "It's extremely poor from us, please accept our apologies, it's not good enough."
