Oxford United are facing yet another winding up petition.
Firoka, who own the Kassam Stadium, are claiming to be owed £240,000 and have a petition which will be heard at the High Court on February 27th.
Oxford, who last year had three winding up petitions by HM Revenue & Customs filed against them, have said to BBC Radio Oxford that "funding has been agreed in principle for the due amount to be paid".
