Another Charge For Bellamy

Much depised former Coventry City striker Craig Bellamy has been charged following an incident involving a teenage girl at Cardiff night club on February 5th 2006.

The striker now with Liverpool after completing a £6m move a fortnight ago was arrested by South Wales police in March. An investigaton has led to Bellamy being formerly charged after answering bail on Friday morning.

A spokesman for South Wales Police said: "A 26-year-old man has been charged with two counts of Section 39 assault. "He was charged after answering bail on Friday morning. "No court date has yet been fixed."
