David McGoldrick has described tonight's JPT Second Round game as 'another chance to score goals'.

Speaking to club journalist Keiren Crowley ahead of City's game at Bootham Crescent which kicks off at 7.45pm, McGoldrick said;  “It has been really good so far as I am playing regularly and I love playing football so I have really enjoyed it.

“I am just happy to keep my form going and the boys have taken to me well since I joined. I want to be involved in every game if I’m honest, including the trip to York.

“For me, another game is another chance to score goals, whatever competition it is in. It is a great chance to go out there and help the team keep the run going.

“When you are winning, you just want to keep playing and you don’t want the games to stop. I think it will do us some good and give us even more confidence.”
