Accoridng to the Coventry Telegraph, an offer has been made to buy Coventry City FC.
The offer has been made by a consortium of Coventry businessmen last weekend to Sisu and presumably the Otium Entertainment Group and Sky Blue Sports & Leisure which run the club.
Whether Sisu and the under-fire Tim Fisher will sell a business which many think is being kept for tax reasons and the next Judicial Review, remains to be seen.
Touch FM are reporting: "Coventry City have told us they've received no credible offers to buy the club, after reports of a takeover bid."
The Coventry Observer are reporting; CCFC as saying: To be clear, the owners have not received any credible offer for the football club.
“The noise and speculation around the football club is simply not helpful.”
