Coventry Sphinx's chances of winning the Midland Alliance title slightly increased when leaders Westfields lost their game in hand.
Westfields, who are ahead of Sphinx due to a better goal diffence, took a ifrst half lead and added a second early in the second half.
However, home side Gresley FC came back and scored three goals to take a victory with the third goal coming in the last minute, which also keeps them up with Sphinx and Westfields.
