According to a tweet from the Coventry Telegraph's Les Reid, if the CVA is rejected at tomorrow's creditors meeting then the Administrator Paul Appleton could face a challenge from Arena Coventry Limited.
Mr Reid has tweeted: "ACL lawyer James Powell tells me IF #CCFC Ltd CVA rejected 2moro, administrator could face ACL challenge if if Appleton does not make alternative CVA proposal and liquidates #CCFC Ltd, including an appeal to League & courts.
"Again..ACL tell me if #CCFC CVA not approved 2moro, Appleton shouldn't force liquidation.ACL would call on him to table another CVA proposal."
