Former Coventry City striker Dele Adebola has completed his move from Nottingham Forest to Hull City.

The veteran striker has penned a one year deal with The Tigers after leaving Forest on a free transfer and has spoken of his excitement at the prospect.

Adebola, who is now 36, made 163 appearances for City and scored 31 goals and made 62 appearances for Forest netting just five times.

Adebola said on Hull City's website: "I saw as an outsider what an impact the manager and his playing squad at Hull City had on the Championship last season and I want to be involved in the progress made here last season."

"I'm really excited about taking on a new challenge and to get that opportunity at a big club such as Hull is great for me."
