The 22 year old who has come through the ranks at the Hawthorns has made 24 appearances for the Baggies and is expected to play in the Testimonial at Worcester City on Thursday night.
City boss Micky Adams told the club website: "We've had our eye on Lloyd for a while. "He's got terrific pace and hopefully will give us the little spark we are looking for."
