Coventry City defender Blair Adams has praised the 487 City supporters at Leyton Orient on Tuesday night.
The City supporters backed the team all night and applauded the players off despite going down to a 3-2 defeat.
Speaking to club journalist Kieran Crowley, Adams said: "The fans were superb.
"They really got behind the side throughout the game and even with a 3-2 defeat, they were still singing until the final whistle. It was terrific.
"I think they were proud of their team. We played really well and they realised that. They did the same on Saturday and they are going to be crucial this season."
