Adams On Watford

Micky Adams was reasonably happy with the 3-2 win at Watford. He said:"I'm not going to say it was a deserved victory but the results mean it's no longer just a four-horse race in the relegation fight, but perhaps six or seven clubs are now involved.

"I don't know why it was a scrappy game but probably the pitch had something to do with it.

"The important thing is we won and we're showing more steel with every outing. I'm not saying it wasn't here before but we're certainly making ourselves harder to beat and we produced some good defending when we had to."
