Adams On Kyle

Speaking about the £650,000 rising to £1m transfer of Kevin Kyle from Sunderland to the Sky Blues, Micky Adams told the club website: "Kevin provides an obvious aerial threat, as well as being very strong on the ball.

"He is a real handful for defenders to deal with as well as being a proven goalscorer at this level, which is very valuable.

"In addition to this, he's only 25 so he has age on his side. He has also experienced football on the international stage, which can only be of benefit."
