The City boss said:"We're delighted with the four points and we showed a lot of spirit again. "If we'd drawn both games we would have been delighted but we've four points so we're making progress.
"We possibly deserved more and we were delighted with the opening 30 minutes when we created chances and kept Preston quiet. We were disappointed to go in a goal down but we rallied and it's a well deserved point for us.
"Dele came up trumps again. It's well known he's been frustrated by a lack of opportunities but if he performs like he has in the last two games it's impossible for me to leave him out."
