Former Coventry City midfielder Adam Barton will not be facing the Sky Blues tonight.
Barton, who has signed a two year deal with Portsmouth, is currently out with a groin strain and will miss tonight's match at West Leigh Park.
City boss Tony Mowbray admitted that he has really enjoyed working with Barton and told the Coventry Telegraph's Andy Turner: "I made the decision that it would be best for him to ply his trade elsewhere.
"I really enjoyed working with Adam; he's a nice lad and very talented and yet I think the balance of our midfield has to be right.
"There's only so much money to spend and you have to use it the best you can. And if the balance of the midfield is Fleck and Barton, I think in my mind, I'd rather have Vincelot and Fleck."
