New Coventry City Chairman Ken Dulieu has promised that the club's accounts will be lodged with Companies House within the next fortnight.
Mr Dulieu blamed a change in the board for the reason the accounts had not been filed before February 28th and why the club were now subject to a transfer embargo.
However speaking at the club's press conference, Mr Dulieu said the accounts would now be filed within a fortnight.
