A Real Good Buzz - Heath

"There's a real good buzz among the lads who have all come back in for the first time today," said Heath,speaking to the club website:

"There's always a bit of apprehension at this stage because they know what's coming over the next four or five weeks but there's a definite buzz about the place.

"The second half of last season showed that we've got nothing to fear if we play at our full potential. We spoke to the players when they left at the end of last season about coming back in and hitting the ground running on the first day.

He added "One or two have been working hard over the summer and you can see they're in really good shape considering they've had a few weeks off.

"The next three or four weeks will just be physical conditioning and it's going to be hard work for them but we want them to be in the best possible shape for the start of the season so we can start next season as we ended the last, on a positive note."
