£75,000 in Agents Fees

Figures released by the Football League indicate that City spent £75,000 on agents fees last season. The club made 54 transactions signing sixteen players and taking 22 on loan.

Most of the money spent on agents fees was done so by Peter Reid who used the same agent to bring Luke Steele,Neil Wood and Eddy Johnson from Manchester United as well as another who was involved in the Tim Sherwood deal.

Crewe Alexandra again did not spend a penny on agents fees whilst Leeds United spent over £1.896m.
