29th Game Between City And Portsmouth

Coventry City will meet Portsmouth FC for the 29th time on Saturday.

The Sky Blues have won fourteen of the 28 matches with five draws.

The last meeting between the two sides was on December 3rd 2011 when City lost 2-1 at Fratton Park.

The last time, Portsmouth visited the Ricoh Arena was on March 24th 2012 and this brought a 2-0 win for the Sky Blues with goals from Gary McSheffrey and Oliver Norwood in front of a crowd of 15,809.

Portsmouth: Ashdown, Ward (Etuthu 62), Rocha, Pearce, Varney, Halford, Allen (Scapuzzi 83), Norris (Futacs 62), Thorn, Maguire, Ben Haim. Subs Harris, Rekik.

In Coventry, City have won nine of those meetings, losing three times with one draw.
