The preliminary hearing as to whether Otium Entertainment Group, Sky Blues Sports & Leisure, who have control of Coventry City FC and the Arvo Mastertrust, which has a debenture on the club's finances, can obtain a full judicial review regarding the sale of the Ricoh Arena to Wasps, subject to a full hearing, will be held at 10.30am this morning.
The Preliminary Hearing will be held in Court 72 at the Royal Court of Justice with Lord Justice Irwin and Lord Justice Flaux presiding.
The hearing is listed as:

The full hearing is currently scheduled to take place on May 2nd, 2018.
