Sky Blues On The Road - Watford

Last updated : 10 February 2006 By Covsupport

With the FA Cup over for another season, it’s off to Watford for a very difficult league game.

For the game at Vicarage Road which is a 17,500 sell-out, Micky Adams brings back Dennis Wise but has Stern John out suspended. James Scowcroft who was withdrawn at half time during the defeat at Middlesbrough will be included again.

Watford boss Adrian Boothroyd is able to name a fully fit squad and should play the same team which won 4-1 at Sheffield United on Monday night.

With match tickets priced at £5 and full credit goes to Watford for the generous offer, it was no surprise that the Sky Blue Army snapped up every available ticket. If you don’t have a ticket then don’t travel.

This is the 70th meeting between the two clubs and will be refereed by Trevor Kettle. City have won 26 times with 12 draws. This season, City won 3-1 at home and were also victorious the last time they played at Vicarage Road winning 3-2.
