Sky Blues On The Road - Leicester City

It’s local derby time as the Sky Blues head down the M69 to play Leicester City on Sunday.

For this game at the Second rate food snack Bowl, Micky Adams side are three games without a win and will be looking to maintain the form they showed in Tuesday’s 2-2 draw at Ipswich.

With Stephen Bywater having been recalled by West Ham, Clayton Ince takes over in goal with Jonny Tuffey on the bench.

Matt Heath, James Scowcroft and Lillian Nallis are all expected to play against their former club whilst Dion Dublin should be named in the Foxes starting eleven by underfire boss Craig Levine.

The referee is Mr G.Laws from Tyne & Wear. This will be the 75th meeting between the two sides with Coventry winning 24 compared to Leicester’s 32.

City have still to win at the Crisp Bowl, losing 3-0 last season and 2-1 the year before although the reserves are unbeaten there.

Tickets are priced at £22 for adults.

Due to the lights for Diwali being switched on, expect road closures and delays around the City.

The crisp bowl is five minutes drive, or 20 minutes walk from British Rail, London Road, Leicester.
