City Reserves V Watford Preview

Coventry City Reserves are back in action with a home game against Watford at Rugby Town (7pm kick off).

With Jonny Tuffey and Clayton Ince on international duty, Alan Cork gives an outing to Cameron Belford in goal. Top scorer Craig Reid returns after missing the defeat at Ipswich with a hamstring injury with Matt Heath,Ryan Lynch and Kevin Thornton also coming into the startng eleven.

Watford boss Gary Smith, has named a strong side and gives run-outs to Dominic Blizzard,Clarke Carlisle, James Chambers, Al Bangura, Anthony McNamee  and keeper Yves Ma-Kalambay who joined Watford on loan from Chelsea last week.

City Reserves are now fourth in the table whilst Watford are second bottom but have three games in hand on most clubs in the division. Watford beat City 3-1 at Boreham Wood earlier in the season.

The weather forecast sees kick off time temperatures of 1 degree falling to -1 by the final whistle. So wrap up and take care travelling to and from the game.

Exit the M6, Junction 1 (or M1, Junction 19), and follow signs towards Rugby

(first exit on the roundabout). Then go straight over the next two roundabouts until you come to a main ‘Mr Kipling’ Roundabout. Take the first exit on the roundabout, which follows downhill to a mini-roundabout, where you should carry straight on.

You should come past housing on both sides of the road before a large field, however, you should continue along this road (Boughton Road/Butlers Leap) until you come to its end at a T-Junction.
