Alan Cork opening matches as the new coach of Coventry City Reserves are back to back games against Ipswich Town with the first being played tonight at Nuneaton Borough at 7pm.

With Patrick Suffo having had his contract with the Sky Blues cancelled, Cork will have to make changes from the team that drew 0-0 with Leicester a fortnight ago.

Scott Shearer, Andy Whing, Graham Barrett,Eddy Johnson and Isaac Osbourne are all expected to feature.

City Reserves have not won in their last six matches whilst Ipswich beat Portsmouth 1-0 last week.

As Ipswich’s first team are in Tenerife on a break, Bryan Klug will stand in for Steve McCall to manage an youthful Town side which that includes Monaco’s Jimmy Juan.

The attacking midfielder has joined the Suffolk based side on loan for the rest of the season and will play in midfield with Dean McDonald who is also looking for a contract at Portman Road after being released by Arsenal.

They will have young Republic of Ireland keeper Shaun Supple in goal and include two more Irishmen in Billy Clarke and Owen Garvin.
