Well, the fixture computer picked the right time of year for a sea-side visit as the Sky Blues head for bottom of the table Brighton & Hove Albion.

The 4-5-1 system which has been heavily criticised by supporters following the defeat at Cardiff on Tuesday is likely to be employed again by Reid if he feels up to making the journey after a midweek illness and Adrian Heath.

There may be a recall for birthday boy Gary McSheffrey after a good performance for City Reserves in their defeat by Watford. Andy Whing and Andy Morrell who also scored for the reserves both look likely to get a place on the bench.

Midfielder Bjarni Gudjonsson faces a late fitness test after falling victim to a back injury. Considering his poor form this season, this may be seen by some as not a bad thing.

Brighton boss Mark McGhee has Dan Harding suspended after being sent off in the midweek defeat at home to Plymouth

City were only allocated 716 tickets at the Withdean Stadium and all have sold out.

The Withdean is not a stadium which caters for football supporters and is in an area dominated by the local residents. There are severe parking restrictions all around the ground and you are advised to take the train to Preston Park and it's five minutes walk from there.

Brighton is the best served railway station outside London with trains to and from London running for 22 hours a day. Your match ticket allows you to travel and return from Brighton station to Preston Park. There are also a number of park n ride schemes operating.

If you fancy a weekend or night in the gay capital of England then forget it if you have not already booked your accommodation as the 'no vacancies' signs are everywhere.
