Roompot's Pieter Weening has won the Tour Of Norway.

Weening was in the lead for the fifth and final stage from Drobak to Sarpsborg which saw 107 riders start.

Mads Pedersen of Team Stoetling took the first climb meaning that as long as he finished the race he would win the Salmon Jersey.

A group of six in Mas Bonet, Galta, Hagen, Vangstad, Larsen and Krizek formed a break got 1.30 ahead before Bonet took the first super sprint in Moss.

Mas Bonet and Krizek got clear and were 4.12 ahead of the peloton as Mas Bonet took the next super sprint in Fredrikstad.

The rain was now coming down as Mas Bonet and Krizek's lead dropped to 3.05 with 32kms to go.

Bonet took the second climb but with twelve kilometres to go, the peloton thanks to some good work from the Norwegian National Team had reduced their lead to just forty five seconds.

The pair were caught and Edvald Boasson-Hagen of Dimension Data attacked and got clear with six kilometres to go.

Boasson-Hagen had a lead of seventeen seconds but that was enough to give him the victory with Pieter Weening finishing safely to take the overall victory.
