England were back to winning ways in the ICC Cricket World Cup with a six run victory over South Africa today.

England batted first and Warwickshire's Jon Trott made 52 from 94 balls before he was caught and bowled by former Warwickshire bowler Imran Tahir who took 4-38.

Ian Bell made five runs before he was also caught and bowled and Ravi Bopara made sixty before England were all out in 205 minutes for 171.

Thankfully, the bowling and fielding from the England team was much better than it was against Ireland on Wednesday. Stuart Broad took four wickets as England kept things tight and were able to skittle out the Springboks for 165.
