Warwickshire County Cricket Club collapsed on the second day of their County Championship game with Lancashire at Edgbaston.

Warwicks had resumed on 39-1 after skittling Lancs out for 227 but lost Varun Chopra who had 21, Jon Trott for nine, skipper Ian Bell for 33 and Rikki Clarke for a duck.

Mohammad Yousuf made 26 before he was bowled by Proctor who also took the wicket of Chris Woakes who had made four.

Tim Ambrose made a spirited 43 along with 25 from Keith Barker but Warwicks were all out for 172.

When Lancashire batted, Chris Woakes had Horton caught by Tim Ambrose for three and Barker and Clarke removed Moore and Brown to leave Lancs on 48-3 in the 19th over.

With Chilton being trapped lbw by Wilkes for 23, Lancs closed on 118-4.
