Warwicks Second Eleven Beat Derbyshire

Warwickshire County Cricket Club's second eleven had a three wicket wicket victory over Derbyshire.

At Coventry & North Warwickshire's ground in Binley Road, Derbyshire batted first and declared on 349-6 from 92 overs with Lineker making 125.

Chris Metters hit 72 and there were half centuries for Williams, Javid and Naqaash Tahir before Warwicks were all out for 283.

Warwicks then ripped through the Derbyshire batsman, getting them all out for 155, meaning they needed 221 to win.

it was a target they reached this afternoon with three wickets in hand thanks to Allin making 85 and Metters 81.
