Warwicks Force The Follow On

Warwickshire County Cricket Club forced Surrey to follow on, on the third day of their County Championship game at Edgbaston.

Surrey resumed on 109-1 and lost Harinath who had made 44 without adding to their score.

Chris Woakes had de Bruyn trapped for three and Roy caught without scoring,

Rikki Clarke recorded figures of 4-46 and took the wickets of Davies, Burns who top scored with 77 and Jordan before Keith Barker chipped with his second wicket.

When Kartik was caught by Will Porterfield off the bowling of Boyd Rankine, Surrey were all out for 286 so, Warwicks, who had made 571 in their first innings, enforced the follow on.

In their second innings, Surrey ended the day on 38-0, some 247 runs behind.
