Warwickshire County Cricket Club forced Lancashire to follow on after bowling them out in the first innings for 197.
Lancs resumed at Edgbaston on 61-5 and although Ashwell Prince offered some resistance with an unbeaten 87, Chris Woakes, Chris Wright and Jeetan Patel all took three wickets to mop up the rest and enforce the follow on with Warwicks some 360 runs ahead.
In repy, Lancs closed on 122-3.
