Warwicks Bowl Out The Pears For Sixty

Chris Wright and Keith Barker both took five wicket hauls as Warwickshire bowled Worcestershire out for a meagre sixty runs in 135 minutes.

At New Road, Worcestershire won the toss and batted but were soon in deep trouble at 21-6. 

Brett D'Oliveria made eighteen, but Chris Wright who recorded figures of 5-24 and Keith Barker who had figures of 5-36 skittled the home side out for sixty.

At tea, Warwicks had moved on to 114--0. Twenty four more runs were added before Ian Westwood was out for 54.

Will Porterfield went for a duck before Varun Chopra went on to make a century.

He ended the day on 115 not out as Warwicks closed on 215-2.
