At Edgbaston, Gloucestershire batted first and had Kilinger make 68 as they scored 145-7 with Ateeq Javid taking 4-26.
Rikki Clarke hit forty, Varun Chopra 37 and Will Porterfield 34 as Warwicks won by seven wickets with seventeen balls to spare.
