Rain affected the opening day of Warwickshire's County Championship game with Durham at Edgbaston.

Durham won the toss and opted to bat first but only twenty overs were able to be bowled due to the weather.

Chris Woakes bowled Michael Di Venutu for four but Stoneman and Muchall took Durham to 65-1 at stumps.

Rain also affected the test match at Lords with Bangladesh only able to take their score to 237-7 before bad light stopped play.
