Pedersen Wins Tour Of Norway Stage Three

Mads Pedersen of Team Stoelting,  has won the third stage of the Tour Of Norway.

Roompot's Pieter Weening was in the leader's jersey for this 168km stage from Rjukan to Geilo and after a fast start on raods that were drying out, Edvald Boasson-Hagen of Dimension Data took the first sprint of the day at Austbygde.

Three riders in Postelberger, Pedersen and Bonet then got into a break and had a lead of 1.20 with Pedersen taking the first sprint and the super sprint and the KOM Climb. 

The trio were 5.10 clear but that was down to 4.25 with 25kms to go and with just under four kilometres to go, it was Pedersen and Bonet who were out in front.

The pair sprinted it out and it was Mads Pedersen who took the win ahead of Caja Rural's Luis Mas Bonet and the Norwegian National Team's Sondre Holst Enger.

Race leader Pieter Weening was fourth and keeps his leader's jersey.
