Matija Kvasina of Synergy Baku Cycling Project has won the Tour Of Croatia.
Kvasina, a Croatian, went into the final 177.3km stage from Sveti Martin na Muri to Zagreb with a lead of 32 seconds.
An early break was brought back after Nicola Boem had take the first climb and five riders featiuring Cordeel and Schorn, were ahead with 34km left on a cloudy day.
The peloton got to within a minute of them with 19kms to go and thirty seconds as they got onto the cobble streets of Zagreb with three four kilometre laps to go.
Sander Cordeel went clear as a couple of the escapers were caught and Mark Cavendish's Dimension Data team moved up to the front.
Cordeel was joined by two more from the original break as Mark Cavendish briefly gave chase.
The peloton were in sight with three kilometres to go, as they passed close to the Cathedral which is the tallest building in Zagreb.
Under the flam rouge and the trio were a handful of seconds ahead and on the tramlines they were twenty metres ahead.
They were caught on the hill and Edward Theuns went on the left but it was Sondre Holst Enger of IAM Cycling took the win in 3.45.14 ahead of Edward Theuns of Trek-Segafredo and Timothy Dupont of Verandas Willems Cycling Team.

"It was amzing to win," said Enger. "I had really good help from the team. There was a litttle bit of trouble in the middle of the race but we came back and I was able to win and I am happy to be a part of it."
Matija Kvasina of Synergy Baku Cycling Project finished safely and took the overall victory in his native country by 24 seconds from Jesper Hansen.
